Olympic Community of Schools is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is one of 27 high schools in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) system. It joined the Coalition of Essential Schools in 2005 with funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation,〔(Olympic celebrates its community ).
